Wet chocolate biscuits

- Butter 320gr
- 00 flour 500g
- Powdered sugar 180g
- 4 egg yolks
- Potato starch 30gr
Start with the pastry, place in a bowl the icing sugar and butter softened at room temperature. Work the ingredients with an electric mixer or a planetary until creamy smooth. At this point add the tuoro egg and continue to mix well. Add the flour and potato starch previously sifted and stir until the dough is soft and smooth. As regards the form I used the molds of various shapes. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 ". For decoration I melted the chocolate in a double boiler and I have immersed half. Let them drain on a grid, once cold serve.
