Asparagus with raw

Ingredients :
 
- 1 roll pastry rectangular
- 1 bunch of green asparagus
- 1 pound of ham sliced
- 1 egg
 
Preparation :
We start by eliminating the final part and the peel of the asparagus, then cook in boiling water for about 10-15 minutes ( depends on thickness ) . With the pastry obtained strips about 1/2 inch wide . Cut a slice of ham of the same size of the sheet obtained , pour in one asparagus and wrap it all with a strip of pastry , setting good ends. At this point beat the egg and pass it with the help of a brush onto the sheet , so as to obtain a crust when baked . Put in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about ten minutes , until browned obtained .
